- Gifting Across The Miles (GATM) and its affiliates strive to provide a diverse selection of gifts and gifting items, yet due to the seasonal variations and the perishable nature of flowers, there may be instances where the precise floral arrangements, containers, or gift accessories are temporarily unavailable in a particular region of delivery. In such rare cases, GATM will make a substitution of flowers and/or accessories of equal value and similar design.
- To ensure efficient processing, GATM kindly requests that any cancellations be made no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, GATM will exercise discretion in determining the safety of the delivery and may leave the flowers, hampers, or gift items with a neighboring recipient or leave a door tag or voice message, as necessary, to coordinate pick-up or re-delivery. GATM will make all reasonable efforts to ensure successful delivery of your gifts.
- Although GATM endeavors to deliver the floral arrangements and/or gift baskets on the requested date, delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to various circumstances.
- Should you have any grievances regarding our products or services, please promptly report the issue to us. If reported within 48 hours of the requested delivery date, along with a photograph of the delivered product if possible, GATM will take all necessary measures to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- To ensure proper delivery, GATM requests that the recipient’s physical street address, including apartment number, business name, suite, street name, and ZIP code, be accurately provided when placing an order.
- In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the delivery service may incur additional fees for address verification, which may be passed on to GATM and charged to your credit card without prior notification, up to $15.00 USD.
- Should a cancellation be necessary due to an error on your part, GATM may incur costs with our partners or suppliers and therefore charge an additional fee of up to $15.00 USD to cover such expenses.
