What time of day will my order arrive?

Answer: Yes, you can include a personal message with every gift you send. The message should be no longer than 200 characters, including spaces, and we prefer that it be written in English characters.

Can I order by phone?

Can I send my order anonymously?

Answer: Yes, you can send your order anonymously by entering “NA” in the sign name field. The recipient will receive the card message without your signed name. Please note that if the card message does not include your name, the recipient will have no way of knowing who sent the gift. If the recipient requests information about the sender, this information will not be disclosed without your permission. However, the recipient should be prepared to accept the gift without a sign name. We will not cancel or refund orders if the gift is refused because of the missing sign name.

How far in advance can I order a gift for delivery?

Will my flowers bouquets look exactly like the pictures on the website?

Answer: No, variations can be expected due to seasonal changes, differences between local outlets, and other factors. The images on the website are a good representation of the products’ color, shape, overall style, and value, but not a literal interpretation of the delivery.
